Phyllostachys arcana - This one is generally listed as being only marginally hardy. For this reason I almost did not bother to acquire one but I have had this through 2 winters and based on what am seeing, it is at least as hardy as Phyllostachys aurea and is gaining some size fairly quickly. Time will tell. There is a yellow sulcus form 'Luteosulcata' that I have not yet acquired.
